Unico is located along the Riviera Maya between Akumal and Playa del Carmen (which is 25kms north).

Unico has 448 rooms inspired by the rich character of Riviera Maya incorporating many natural and handmade materials sourced within the area. Besides unparalleled ocean views, the 1,996 sq ft villa has two master bedrooms, a full kitchen, dining room, living room, powder room, a complete bar, an expansive terrace with two exterior hydro spa tubs, and artwork curated from local up-and-coming Mexican artists.
