Solana Beach is a charming mid-range adult-only 4* resort operated by Southern Cross Resorts. They also run Preskil Beach and Astroea, both getting excellent reviews. So you are in good hands with Solana.
Location
Solana Beach is located on the East Coast of Mauritius, approximately 50 minutes transfer from the airport
Accommodation
All 117 rooms in all categories open straight on the beach facing the sea. Between the rooms and the endless ocean out of sight, nothing but coconut trees dotted and your private sandy white beach! Comfortably furnished terraces or balconies enable you to enjoy the sea breeze at all times.
Inside, the king-size or four-poster beds, the wooden or slate floors, and harmonious colour schemes: The cocktail is just right to enjoy the holidays in peace and comfort.
Superior Room – Located on the ground, 1st or 2nd floors and decorated with bright and warm colours. These rooms are approximately 39sqm in size.
Deluxe Rooms – Larger than the Superior, at 57sqm and have a four-poster bed, the centre-piece of the room.
Junior Suites – Larger at 70sqm and have a bathroom with a Jacuzzu bathtub.
