Our Opinion
This hotel is a moderate hotel. While Iberostar’s website states ‘luxury’ however this overstates what is a good lead-in 4-star property. Think of it as a bargain 4-star holiday and you can’t go wrong.

Iberostar Daiquiri is located in Cayo Guillermo, located on the Caribbean, in the Northern part of the island of Cuba.
Accommodation
The Iberostar Daiquiri has 312 comfortable rooms spread among 3-floor buildings and bungalows. All rooms feature large windows and balconies.
Standard Double Rooms (33sqm) have 2 double beds, bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV, minibar refilled every 2 days.
Restaurants and Bars
Guillermo Restaurant – The best Caribbean and international dishes are served in this restaurant open with a breakfast buffet. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
La Marina Restaurant – Creole Ajiaco, fried pork or ground beef are just some of the traditional Cuban dishes served at this theme a la carte restaurant. Open from 7:00pm to 10:00pm.
Gregorio Restaurant – This a la carte restaurant offers the best of Mexican cuisine from 6:30pm to 10:00pm. Formal dress is required.
La Gondola Restaurant – This a la carte restaurant offers the best of Italian cuisine from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. Formal dress is required.
La Marina Beach Restaurant – Located on the beach, the hotel guests can enjoy a refreshing drink at this restaurant. It offers a continental breakfast and snacks buffet style from 10:00am to 3:30pm.
Havana Theatre Club Bar – Open from 7:00pm to midnight, the Havana Theatre Club Bar invites guests to spend a pleasant evening while enjoying a drink in good company.
