Cuisine at Dhigali spans the spices of Asia, the classic tastes of Europe and traditional Maldivian recipes, together with more innovative modern dishes. Capers is the main restaurant and combines international cuisine with local flavours. Jade opens all day, serving up comfort food and light bites, while the Cafe serves freshly-made snacks and drinks. Faru specialises in beachside grilled meats and seafood, and in a tropical setting, Battuta offers signature dishes. The two bars provide the choice of casual poolside drinks at East and sundowners at Haali.
