Our Opinion

This is a simple 3-star resort right on Bamburi Beach. Reviews are consistently good and many customers return. Often tremendous value for money.

Location

Neptune Beach Resort is on Bamburi Beach about 12km from Mombasa and 40 minutes from the airport.

Accommodation

There are 88 rooms each with satellite TV, balcony, air-conditioning, safe, hairdryer.

 

Room types:

  • Standard – these have garden views
  • Deluxe – have sea view and coffee/tea facilities
  • Superior Deluxe – larger Swahili style rooms and have a minibar and sea-views

Restaurants and Bars

Main terrace restaurant serving local gourmet and international cuisine, an a la carte menu available 1 all Inclusive bar, pool/beach bar.

 

Meals:

Full board and snacks from 10am-6pm in the main bar lounge area.

 

Drinks:

Soft drinks, still mineral water (by the glass), tea, coffee, local beer, house wine with meals and national spirits (available 10am-midnight).

 

Activities:

selected watersports. Beach volleyball, water polo and table tennis.
