Round hill has 36 luxurious Oceanfront Rooms with sunset views designed by Ralph Lauren located in the Pineapple House and 74 rooms in 27 Private Luxury Villas surrounded by 30 acres of tropical gardens.

Pineapple House Rooms:

Oceanfront Room 45sqm – evoke tropical beach living with white stone floors, romantic four poster mahogany bamboo beds and sumptuous upholstered furniture add to each and every guests’ comfort. Oceanfront rooms are located in the Pineapple House available upstairs with cathedral ceiling or downstairs with balcony or patio.

Villas

Villas feature 2 through 6 bedroom suites, living rooms, verandas, and magnificent views. Each villa bedroom is en-suite with its own bathroom and terrace. Guests may book a private, complete villa with private pool and dedicated staff. Or else individual villa suites can be booked, ranging from Deluxe villa suites to expansive Pineapple suites, many of which provide access to villa pools. Twenty-one of the villas have their own pool.

Superior Villa Suite 92sqm – a suite in a villa without pool, consisting of bedroom, living room (enclosed or semi enclosed) garden and / or veranda.

Deluxe Villa Suite 130sqm – A suite in a villa with pool, consisting of bedroom, living room (enclosed or semi enclosed) garden and / or veranda. Semi-private pool and pool deck.

Master Villa Suite 150sqm – extra large suite in a villa with semi-private pool, consisting of bedroom, living room (enclosed or semi enclosed) garden and / or veranda.

Pineapple Suite 170sqm – largest suites available at Round Hill with semi-private pool. Spacious bedrooms with either indoor living room or semi-enclosed. Spacious veranda and pool deck area.

Mornings are special, with breakfast cooked to order and served in bed or overlooking the sea. Lunches are a casual affair, with a la carte items served on the terrace or barbecue items served on the beach.

Dinner is served with a view of the sea, in the charming Georgian Dining Room or on the seaside terrace overlooking Round Hill Bay. International cuisine is highlighted by many Jamaican specialities. And you will find the sumptuous buffets to be among the best anywhere.
