Con Dao is an archipelago of islands located off the south-east coast of mainland Vietnam. More than 80% of the Con Dao archipelago is a marine and national park. The largest island Con Son which hosts Six Senses Con Dao is around 230 Kilometres or 145 miles from Ho Chi Minh City and is served by Co Ong Airport. It can be reached by commercial aircraft or chartered private plane, within 45 minutes from Ho Chi Minh City.

Vietnamese by the Market – the heart of Six Senses Con Dao is its Vietnamese kitchen, known as Vietnamese by the Market. Ms Len and her team cook authentic delicacies over charcoal flamed woks or in wood-fired ovens. Noodles, rice, soups, rolls and wraps to order. The best ‘street’ food you’ve ever tasted. If you want to learn the skills, we hold daily cooking classes.

Deli’cious – offers the best snacks and light lunches. Mature cheeses, cold meats, fresh salads, organic vegetables and herbs, chutneys and jams in filled baguettes. Fabulous breads, pastries, cakes and cookies from breakfast to tea time. Eat in or take away

By the Beach – the main restaurant with panoramic ocean views and gentle sea breezes. Offering locally caught seafood, fruit, vegetables and herbs bursting with flavour. Chef Richard Lee takes traditional Vietnamese recipes and adds his own twist, an Asian fusion with a hint of colonial French. Dinner, overlooking the moonlit sea, offers daily specials of delicately flavoured, beautifully cooked dishes.
