Taj Exotica Resort is located at the north end of the South Male Atoll. The resort is only 15 minutes by a private luxury speedboat, available 24 hours, from Male international Airport.

Each of the resort’s luxuriously designed 64 villas is furnished in natural tones and textures. All the villas are palm-thatched, built of finest natural wood finishes on the exteriors and floors and are delightfully appointed in classic Maldivian style. Amenities include air-conditioning, personal bar, LCD television with satellite channels, safe, tea/coffee-maker, satellite television, DVD/CD player, MP3, Media Centre, Internet connection, international dialing, Electronic safe, double vanity, bathtubs overlooking the ocean (in lagoon villas ) and rain showers in the bathrooms, and hairdryer. Lagoon Villas – These villas have a private sundeck and loungers, offering infinite views of the Indian Ocean. 71 square meters area that includes 01 bedroom, sundeck and well appointed double vanity bathroom with infinity view of Indian Ocean.

Deluxe Lagoon Villas with Pool – Stand alone villas offering complete privacy. 91 Square meters featuring a private sun deck with fresh water plunge pool, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Indian Ocean.

Deluxe Beach Villas with plunge Pool – Located just 5 metres from the pristine lagoon, 89 Square meters- Deluxe Beach Villas are luxuriously styled with an oversized plunge pool, private verandas with sun beds, tropical outdoor showers, and an infinite view of one of the largest lagoon in Maldives.

Premium Deluxe Beach Villas with plunge Pool – Located just 5 metres from the pristine lagoon, these new and contemporary Premium Deluxe Beach Villas designed by David Edwards of PGA Designs, Singapore; these villa have an area of 82 Square meters and an additional garden and beach area of 111 Square meters area. The villas are luxuriously styled with an oversized plunge pool, private veranda with sun beds, tropical outdoor shower, and an infinite view of one of the largest lagoon in Maldives.
