On the 27th March 2018 the renewal cost of a British passport is set to rise by up to 17%. This means an adult passport is going to increase from £72.50 to £85.00.
In case you weren’t aware, you’re able to renew your passport with up to 9 months of validity left and the remaining time carries over onto your next passport expiry date. So if your passport expires before December 27th this year, then it may well be worth getting it renewed ASAP to save yourself a few quid!
